VIP WASH CARD:

1. How do I use my new VIP WASH CARD?
Your new VIP WASH CARD is good only in the automatic bays at all three locations.  You use it just like you would a credit card;  make your selection at the paystation, and then insert your card into the credit card swipe.  The wash value will be automatically removed from your card, and the wash will be triggered.  Wait for the green enter light and then pull in. 

2. How do I recharge my new VIP WASH CARD?

and see the following instructions:  Click on the VIP/GIFT CARD tab at the home page, this will take you to the page to buy/recharge/check balance.  Click on recharge.  This will take you to the VIP WASH CARD page.  At this page click on the "Returning Customer LOGIN" button in the bottom right corner.  This will take you to the "Customer Account LOGIN", where you will type in your username and password.  Your Username is the last 4 digits on the back of your card, and your Password is your last name.  At this point click "LOGIN" and it will take you to the "Recent Purchases" page where you can click; "check balance" or "add funds" .  Click "Add Funds" and this will take you to the page with the various amounts you can add to your card.  Scroll through and choose your amount.  Your card number should already be inserted into the card# blank.  At this point if you have a PROMO CODE, enter it now, and click "ADD to Cart".  At this point any discounts or promotioms will show up.  Verify your purchase and click "Check Out".  This takes you to the page to enter your customer and billing info.  Fill in the info and click ""Process the Order" and the value will be added to your card.  If you have any trouble or have any questions please e-mail or call me at qssibrad@comcast.net or 228-323-7774

Self-Serve Bays:

1. Can I use other forms of payment besides quarters in the manual bays?
Yes, all the bays accept quarters, $1.00 and $5.00 dollar bills. 

2. How much cash does it take to get a wash started in the self-serve bays?
Each self-serve bay requires $2.00 for 4 minutes to start. Insert additional quarters or dollars to extend time.

3. What if I start a wash and discover there is a problem with the equipment?
Push the stop button, find an attendant or call customer service at (228)865-0132 for assistance or refund. Please speak clearly, leave name, number, time you called, and location you had trouble at and representative will return your call promptly.

4. Do the self-serve bays give change?
No, the self-serve bays do not give change. There is a changer located at the front of the building next to the vending machines. The changer accepts one, five, and ten dollar bills.

Touch Free Automatic Bay:

1. What forms of payment does the automatic wash accept?
The automatic wash accepts credit cards, $1.00, $5.00 and $10.00 dollar bills, quarters, and VIP WASH CARDS. The automatic wash will also give you change back for bills larger than your wash amount.

2. When will I know when it's safe to enter the bay?
If there is a car currently in the bay do not enter. Wait until you see a solid green entry light and the car in front of you has cleared the bay.

3. If I drive in too far will the wash tell me?
Yes, there is an indicator on the wall to the left that will instruct you to "Back Up" if you have driven too far into the bay.

4. What if I experience technical problems with the wash?
Find an attendant or call customer service at (228) 865-0132 for assistance or refund. Please speak clearly, leave name, number, time you called, and location you had trouble at and a representative will return your call promptly.

 5. How do I use my VIP WASH CARD?
Your use your VIP WASH CARD just like you would use your credit card at the location.  Make your selection at the paystation, and then swipe your card.  The amount of the wash will be deducted from the card.

 6. What is my VIP WASH CARD used for?
Hold on to it.  It is rechargeable here on our web site, not to mention Specials, Discounts and Promotions will be sent out during the year for you to add to your card.

Vending:

1. What forms of payment does the vending machine accept?
The vending machines accept quarters only.

2. What if I experience technical problems or product is not dispensed properly?
Find an attendant or call customer service at (228)865-0132 for assistance or refund.

Changer:

1. Does the changer accept $20.00 dollar bills?
No, the changer only accepts $1.00, $5.00 and $10.00 dollar bills

2. What should I do if the red out of order indicator light is on?

Vacuums:

1. What forms of payment do the vacuums accept?
All vacuums accept quarters and some accept one dollar bills and quarters.

2. How much cash does it take to get the vacuum started?
Each vacuum requires $1.25 for 4 minutes to start. Insert additional quarters or dollars to extend time.

3. How much cash does it take to get the freshen up and/or shampoo started?
Freshen up and/or shampoo requires $1.25 for 1 minutes to start. Insert additional quarters or dollars to extend time.

4. What if I experience technical problems with the vacuums?
Find an attendant or call customer service at (228)865-0132 for assistance or refund.
